I wish I could rate with a 5 star like most of you, but I had an unpleasant experience with a broker with initials DK He/she was rude and unprofessional, I understand we all have bad days but there’s no justification nor reason for such behavior. Zero tolerance for rude and arrogant comments and accusations. I will submitted a formal complaint to Mr. Or Mrs. Weisensee. I inquired about a lane, I said I couldn’t hold the load for those days, next day I saw it on the load board again, therefore I asked again to see if anything had change if so I could definitely deliver it on time. All this cause the broker to get upset accusing me of trying to get info from other reps! And to stop asking details about the load, All I did was emailed the email listed on the load board platform. He then threatened me to notate my MC for inquiring about a load. I understand FMCSA does not specifically regulate discourtesy. However, a complaint can be made and placed in a broker's permanent record and be used for investigations of more serious violations. Unbelievable and unfortunate incident. At the end of the day we all need each other.
