Most of the time I come here for a pick up it’s drop and hook but when i have to come here for a live load it don’t more than 2 hours. The place is not difficult to find but it’s like 3 different buildings in the area for the same company.

The lady at check in is super rude for some reason. Takes awhile to get loaded if you’re a live load.

Experience picking up at the facility was okay. Lady at shipping and receiving seemed a little rude or that's just the way she is and looks her customer service skills could have been better. Forklift loader was nice polite good customer skills. No restroom facilities except for a porta-potty outside the receiving and shipping office.
