James was an excellent guide as he lived through the horror of 9/11/2001. We also saw the 9/11 museum and the One World Trade Observatory. All worth the time and expense. Revisiting that day was tough but important as our adult son was only 4 at the time and so having him join us allowed him a better sense of what happened.
We enjoyed a full day NYC tour on our 2nd day to NY. It was a great way to see a lot of iconic landmarks and orientate ourselves to the city. Lyndsey our guide was knowledgeable and so much fun she made the experience so enjoyable for us. We would highly recommend this tour.
Our tour guide Dan from Experience First was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and his perspective and insight were interesting and informative. We were unsure whether we should visit the NYC sites on our own or use a tour guide. However, after taking the tour with Dan as our guide, we are so happy we went with Experience First. They delivered a fantastic tour and made our NYC experience a First rate one!
