Optimal Health - Walk-In Clinic, Travel Clinic, Family Doctors and Pharmacy

The doctors at this clinic are absolutely fantastic – they are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely care about their patients. Unfortunately, everything positive about the medical side of this practice is completely undone the moment you have to deal with the reception staff. The receptionists here are, without question, some of the worst I have ever encountered. They are disorganized, unprofessional, and dismissive to the point of being insulting. It often feels like they have no idea what they’re doing, and instead of taking the time to clarify or check, they’ll simply blurt out “yes” to any question just to shut you up and move on. It’s careless, lazy, and frankly dangerous in a medical setting where accuracy actually matters. Every interaction with them feels like a battle. They don’t return calls in a timely manner, they misplace information, and when they do respond, it’s rushed, curt, and completely unhelpful. There’s zero accountability, zero initiative, and zero sense that they actually care about patients. It leaves you with the impression that their only goal is to get you off the line or out of their sight as quickly as possible, regardless of whether your issue is resolved. It is incredibly frustrating that the doctors — who deserve nothing but praise — are paired with a front desk team that actively drags down the entire experience of coming here. Walking into a clinic where the first impression is rude, incompetent reception staff sets the wrong tone before you ever see a doctor, and it’s unacceptable. If I were rating the doctors alone, they would get five stars without hesitation. But because the receptionist service is so abysmal, I can’t give this clinic more than one. Until the front desk is completely overhauled with staff who are actually trained, professional, and capable, this place will remain a study in wasted potential.

I think this place may be a scam. Called my client out of the blue with an early my appointment on a. Saturday but she didn't know why. I Called the number they called on "Number not in Service". Called the other number they had on their website again "Number not in service". Her own Dr in a different town had not ordered any tests. Very sketchy. Avoid at all costs

Through online search and daily walks around my living area i learned about about Optimal Health - Travel Clinic, Family Doctors and Pharmacy on brant street in burlington ontario. Upon visition met a warm and pleasant young woman administrator receptionist whom i think high of, sincere, a significant and active staff member of now i can say i am a patient of, Dr. Jamal Ansari, who welcomed and accepted my application. I am now a patient of some time and can recommend to anyone in need of a family doctor visit Optimal Health - Travel Clinic, Family Doctors and Pharmacy on brant street in burlington ontario.
