Nathan and his team did a complete overhaul of the kitchen in our turn-of-the-century home, which required structural work in the basement, a complete retrofit of the electrical, new plumbing and new heating and insulation. We appreciated the detailed estimate and communication throughout the planning process as well as the regular check-ins throughout the project. The job was completed on time and within budget, with impressive attention to detail. I would not hesitate to recommend Sandy Hill to anyone looking to do a major home renovation.

Did a complete, back-to-the-studs bathroom reno. We had several goals for the project: a deeper soaking tub for my husband, a walk in shower for me, extra storage and a vintage look to complement our 100 year old house. Repurposed space from a large upstairs hall closet (the top part of an original staircase to the kitchen, removed by a previous owner) to put in the shower and moved the toilet to place the new tub under the window. Added a large, shallow floor- to-ceiling cabinet and a recessed medicine cabinet for storage. The crew were great to work with, accommodating our wishes easily and promptly. The work met our expectations exactly and we adore our new bathroom. My husband and I would heartily recommend Nathan and the guys for your project.

Can't say enough great things about Nathan and the entire crew at Sandy Hill Construction. They were professional, knowledgeable and quick! We hired them to build a 220 sq ft addition to our 1960's bungalow. The new construction blends perfectly with the old and it looks as though it has always been there. We would totally recommend these guys, especially if you are looking for a no-nonsense experience!
