I’ve been going to Diane for my cleaning for nearly 4 years now. She’s the best hygienist I’ve had. I can feel she cares about my dental health very much. I have sensitive teeth so sometimes I feel pain when some machines are used. She is very understanding and switches to manual procedure if needed. She will point out if my dental hygiene is not the best and she will suggest constructive solutions (tooth brush, tooth paste etc). I’m happy that I have somebody who cares about my dental health so much. She takes the time and energy to clean my teeth every time I see her, and my teeth feel very clean after her treatment. Highly recommend going with her.

I’ve had a good experience with the dental care itself — the staff are professional, appointments run on time, and the treatment was well done. However, I’ve consistently faced issues with the payment and refund process. The clinic requires full upfront payment, promising a refund within 2–3 days after processing insurance claims. Unfortunately, this timeline hasn’t been met in my experience. I was recently told to expect a 3–4 week wait, despite the initial assurance And my Insurance portal said - Claim is fully paid. A similar delay happened a year ago, where I had to follow up after 3 months to finally receive the refund from the clinic— no one reached out to update me during that time. I didnt like the customer service - Im not going to visit this place again.

I strongly recommend the Alph clinic. The office is immaculate, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and the dental hygienist is very professional. I have been with her for years. My teeth have gotten better, and I appreciate that for her and the stuff !!

My first time at Alpha seaforth and last. Environment was not professional at all, doctors running around and doors open so you can see people getting their tooth extracted. Waited 45 mins after my initial appointment without a word of explanation. Doctors did a rush job with filling in a tooth. The whole experience wasn’t up to par and just felt too rushed and very little care to the patients. Seems like they just wanted to be done and move on to the next appointment. I understand that they were busy but a little more care would have been appreciated.
