I am wondering how they're still in service. Waited almost 50 mins just to find out the cab is not gonna show up. I even waited outside at the road for 20 mins in rain so that the cab driver could find me easily. Terrible customer service. Called them back..didn't even pick up. Would make sure that every single person I know isn't going for this pathetic service. Shut it down lol

I had just gotten home from a school trip from Ottawa. I called for a ride to bring me home. They said “We are full right now” as 4 empty vehicles from there company were leaving the building at where I was. Not cool. So, called a different cab company

We were Tourists, called a cab at 943 and they left us waiting 45 min so i called back and Everytime i called , was told "shouldn't be long". Cab arrived 2 hrs later! Horrible service! Not recommended!
