HF has so far been very responsive and have nearly completed my dream home ahead of time. I am very happy for the hassle free experience I had during the entire construction journey and for the value system the team has. I highly recommend them for people looking to have a great experience building their homes.. Thank you entire team HF from my family.

I do not want to give even 1 star also, but I cannot add a review without giving it. 1. One of the biggest scamster in construction industry. 2. They do not have professionals to handle the work. 3. Even if they damage any item from their end, they still ask us to pay for that. Ex:They have not laid the tiles properly, so when we ask them to replace the tiles they were asking for extra charge. 4. Zero quality in their work. 5. Not updated according to new trends.They do not have idea about the new designs or materials, they still go with old 1980's designs without even asking our suggestions. 6. You need to supervise their work on everyday basis, otherwise they ruin your money.They use cheap materials after taking too much of money from our end. 7. They closed our incoming electric supply with a cloth, so we were forced to remove the tiles in our sitout to sort the issue after 1 month of construction. 8. The have not done the plumbing works properly, the wall hanged toilet bowl was leaking and it damaged the entire wall within one month after construction. 9. They handle our fittings very carelessly , so many things got damaged within the period of construction itself. 10. We got many big cracks within 6 months after construction. 11. They have not even checked the leveling properly, including sajja, switch board and many other things. 12. They left the construction in midway. 13. When we asked them to rectify the issues, they asked us to pay the remaining amount and told us that they will only do remaing works and will not rectify any issues as it is not in their scope. 14. Once you sign the contract and pay the money, they will put our work in pending. The only positive thing I want to say about them is they were having a good designer, even though the construction was a disaster.The designer already resigned the job and now he is not part of this team. My kind advise to everyone is do not risk your money with these people. They will change your dream home to a nightmare.

I chose Housing Factory to build my home, and they’ve mostly lived up to my expectations. The initial quote was clear and straightforward, with no surprise costs halfway through. Their team communicates well and explains things in a way that’s easy to understand. The material quality looks solid and reliable. Every week there’s visible progress, which gives me confidence. There were a few minor delays, but they were upfront about it. So far, everything feels organized and professional. I’m looking forward to the final finish, and I’d say they’re a dependable choice if you’re building a home in Bangalore.
