Customer experiences
Rhonda is AMAZING!! Our Addie girl had the best time "camping" with her furry crew. This was the first time we've left her and needless to say we were like new parents dropping their baby off for the first time. Rhonda completely understood and put our minds at ease. I checked in several times throughout Addie's stay and she was quick to let me know how she was doing along with photos. Addie absolutely LOVED all the walks and exercise and was wiped out when she got home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We will for sure be using her again.
After trying multiple boarding/kennel and dog sitting options in Portland, we decided to give Oregon Dog Camping a try. Right off the bat we felt at ease there, and so did our anxious dogs. It’s the perfect fit for our dogs who are high energy and have trouble at traditional boarding centers. The dogs get to spend their days outside in the woods, taking runs or hikes with the family that operates the business (they’re amazing) and lounging on couches in the big barn. It’s the only place we feel 100% comfortable leaving or dogs, whether it be for a quick weekend getaway or a month long stay. Even the drive from SE Portland (45-50 mins) can’t keep us away. Our dogs have been enjoying dog camp for 8 years now and we hope to be visiting for another 8 :) 5 stars all the way!
This place can be called a dog haven. My pup prefers this camp to all other camps. The excitement he shows on the route is so adorable. I even send him to camp just for his own enjoyment because he loves going so much. He sleeps for a couple days after a weekend at camp!
We have been taking our sweet boy Chancellor to camp at Oregon Dog Camping since 2017. Rhonda and her family are the kindest family and care for the doggies as if they were their own. Chance loves the mile long walks and running the trails with the other dogs. He comes home exhausted! We are so thankful to have such a haven for our boy when we need to head out of town, we even take him camping just for him to see his friends and have fun out in the woods! We recommend Oregon Dog Camping to all of our family and friends who have dogs as it is hands down the best place to take your pup in Oregon!
Oregon Dog Camping is a kennel.
