We applied for a green card back in December and found this firm while looking for legal help in this matter. USCIS sent us some documents for evidence and we had some questions that we needed to discuss with an attorney. My husband, who is a truck driver, found this firm and scheduled an appointment with them for mid-February, ensuring it would align with his schedule. They took $150 from us without any contract or confirmation, simply for the service they were supposed to provide. The day before the appointment, they called us to cancel, saying the attorney was unavailable, without providing a clear reason. We were rescheduled for a few days later, but by then, my husband had to leave for work again. We informed them right away and the next available appointment they offered was at the end of March, which was already past our due date for submitting evidence to USCIS. My husband called them to explain the situation and requested either a refund or an earlier appointment. They responded dismissively, passing him to a manager who laughed and said they wouldn’t refund the money or reschedule the appointment because they were fully booked. I strongly advise caution when considering this firm. Their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability have caused us significant stress and inconvenience during an already challenging time!
