I just queued and waited....and then they served some ill mannered idiot who jumped the queue. I walked out as clearly this pharmacy is encouraging that sort of behavior or are completely inept and managing a business. This part of Oakville doesn't feel like Canada TBH. What a dump

Sandra and the rest of the team at the pharmacy saved my life this weekend. I needed a epipen and didn’t know where else to go in a short matter of time and Sandra stepped up and gave me the help I needed. She was brave and didn’t hesitate. Their service afterwards was spectacular, helping me get the things I need to live a safe life. I could not be more grateful for Sandra and the pharmacy for saving my life. They deserve all the praise!

The staff at this pharmacy was abhorrent. The two females working there this morning were rude and lacked any customer service tact. To hire these 2 to work at a hospital and have no skills to deal with customers who are obviously going through something is beyond my understanding. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I have been to this pharmacy a couple of times. Very poor customer service. Staff don’t care about people coming to the place. Staff is not at all welcoming. Very rude behaviour. I asked the lady today about a over the counter product as I was not able to find it and she said, someone will be there to help , but nobody came and I stood there for 15 minutes close enough in front of her but she did even care. Save your time and go somewhere else it could be easier for you. If there would a star less than one I would have given.
