Excellent mall. Was in the area and dropped in when we realized we were so close. Very happy we did. Great selection of stores and high occupancy throughout. The food court had a wide selection too. Above all it has a great area for kids. Ample play space, a carousel, adjacent Clair's and a candy store make for a happy little one. Will definitely be back.

I go to this mall at least twice a week and these are the things I noticed: 1. There are no parking lot signs inside this mall and no maps available at the mall (only a map online that doesn’t give me clear parking lot instruction/exit and entrances) It took me about 30 minutes to finally find the exit to my parking lot in the upper level. I usually park in the lower level because it’s easier for me since the mall has no parking lot signs inside. 2. The bathrooms in this mall are always so disgusting. The women’s restroom never has hand soap when I go there. Toilet paper on the floor in almost every stall, dirty toilets and they seem not to be cleaned often throughout the day. 3. Awful food. Low food standards. The food court is dark, has terrible lighting and doesn’t have Chipotle, Popeyes, and more food options like other malls. The food court has Taco Bell, some random burger place, Panda Express, a Korean hot dog place (not the best hot dogs I tried them before) Japanese food (which is a nice option to have I haven’t tried it yet). I went to the Starbucks by the food court a couple times and my drinks didn't taste good and I even saw the customer who was in front of me complain about her coffee being cold. Boba at this mall isn’t good either. I went to two places that had boba and their smoothies were not fresh and tasted awful. Tapioca wasn‘t the best and one of the stores had no tapioca at all even though they advertised they did. 4. No where to sit down. they have 0 benches at this mall except seats at the food court but not everyone wants to sit down and eat. I often see people sitting at massage chairs which makes me incredibly upset because people have to literally sit on gross massage chairs (are they even cleaned?) because the mall doesn’t provide us who sometimes shop there for hours with a bench. Why a mall does not have actual places for people to sit down without being the food court? No one should have to walk all the way to the food court just to find a place to sit down. 5. Outdated stores and stores closing. Forever 21 closed here. I also saw another store doing a full store sale (literally every item marked down) and it made me think they might be closing too. Please add more stores that people want and food places as well like a nice boba cafe and stores like Uniqlo and healthier options to eat and more things to do like an arcade inside the mall. 6. Positive things about this Mall: They have a Miniso which has a lot of nice products. Pop Mart will open a store at the mall as well which I’m excited for. There’s a Cheesecake Factory which I know a lot of people like.
