A customers experience with the company, starts with the office and the answering of calls. Lidia, the office manager, is extremely cordial, helpful, and compassionate. She made sure to schedule urgent matters as quickly as possible, and Orlando and his crew even showed up on a Saturday to make sure roofing issues were taken care of, before extreme weather moved in. Orlando and his crew, are cordial, fast (they take pictures to show you the work along the way,) they’re also trustworthy, and reasonable. I highly recommend their roofing services.

Last year, Orlando was recommended to me by my neighbors who had their roof replaced. I was comparing options, but Orlando's came on top. The team was diligent, thorough, and quick with great prices. Both the team on site and the office manager, Lidia, were easy to reach and kept me updated throughout the process. Their work showed for themselves, and several other neighbors also selected them for their roofing replacement as well. Recently, I had some gutter damage occur and Orlando's was in the neighborhood, and he was able to come same day and fix it immediately.
