I recently had a professional bike fitting at the Movement Co with physiotherapist Chloé and was thoroughly impressed. She used motion sensors to accurately assess my riding position, and joint angles. She then took the time to completely redesign my road bike setup—adjusting the saddle, handlebars, and cleats. Since the session, both my knee and arm pain have completely disappeared. At the end of the session, she gave me a detailed folder with all my measurements, which will be incredibly helpful for future bike setups.
