Had a wonderful and very positive experience today with my son. I will 100% be coming back with him and my daughter when she’s older. This office is very professional, kind and honest. They were on time with the appointment , the orthodontist treated my son very kindly (even though my son was in a bad mood) and magically my son waved good bye at the end , my son is usually not friendly with new people haha, the orthodontist was very honest with future treatment plans and didn’t pressure us at all, in fact said we could patiently wait which I appreciated, I felt he had a lot of integrity in not pressuring us and answering all all our questions with no rush and in detail, I felt very at ease with the whole experience which I really appreciated as I’ve had some very negative experiences with dental professionals in Gatineau. P.d Dr El-Khoury’s goodwill & courteous gesture of shaking my hand when we first met him was really appreciated. We need more of that nowadays! Thank you!

My wife needed an emergency fix for her retainer(done in Toronto) and was able to get a last minute appointment with Dr. El-Khoury. He was very patient and was able to finish the procedure expeditiously. The office was very clean, comfortable and the staff were very professional.
