Had a reverse shoulder replacement. Dr. Bonness is the best. the whole team at OrthoNebraska south 144th is great. Very professional in all areas. Shout out to RN Amber and Sue, CNA Amy, Sarah and Sean, they do a great job.

Found out I paid to much is used a debt card I called and told them I did not have that checking account anymore I was first told that he would let them know and they would probably issue the refund with a check. I received a email telling me they were going to refund to my debt card on closed bank! They said there computer won't let them do anything else. That's the case there system stinking I'm out 420. Dollars and they don't care the bank is telling me they did not get what a way to steal money. Who ever goes here do not I Repeat do not Pay Up Front orth will steal your money and act innocent.

I have had surgery at different hospitals across Omaha and this hospital was by far the BEST in care. The whole staff that attended to me was very attentive, kind, some even humorous, and always explained what they were getting ready to perform for me. I felt very cared about, respected and informed about everything that was going on. I even received a card in the mail signed by the whole staff who attended to me wishing me a successful and speedy recovery. This is the first time for me. I truly appreciate the care and concern I was given.
