A Disappointing Experience I visited the sallon for a foil treatment, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After do a micromist treatment another professional informed me that my hair looked streaky and uneven in color. To illustrate her point, she even showed me pictures and a video, revealing that I had paid for a full head of foils, yet the bottom part of my hair was completely neglected—no foils at all! The results were disheartening. My hair appeared horrible: streaky, yellow, and lacking depth. It was hard to believe that I spent over $400 for such a poor service. Now, I’m facing the prospect of spending an additional $250 for her to fix the mistakes. I truly feel cheated. Not only did I not receive the service I paid for, but the toning error compounded the issue. I believe a refund is in order for the incomplete service and the additional stress this has caused. For anyone considering this salon, I urge you to think twice. Would you be satisfied with hair like this? I certainly wouldn’t. In contact with them, they came up with ridiculous excuses, claiming that I had been in the sun and using supermarket shampoo for maintenance, which I never did. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they blamed the customer.

Booked in for a balayage and ended up with foils and a harsh line. I emailed the salon to give them a chance to rectify as I’m not happy with the harsh line or with being charged more for the service, and i have been ignored. Will not be returning and will discourage others.

Just had my hair freshly cut and coloured at the amazing Oscar Charlie Hair, with the equally amazing Bianca! Always such a beautiful and welcoming experience provided by Bianca and her team of incredible women. Finding a new salon when I moved to the area three years ago was daunting, but after my initial free consultation I was put in the safe hands of Bianca and have never looked back. My needs are always listened to and I always come away feeling fabulous! There is nothing quite like having some "me" time for a few hours, to enjoy a coffee and some sweet treats, and great conversation and laughs with someone who treats you like a friend, not just a client. Even when it's obviously been a long and busy day in the salon, Bianca always has time to give me some tips and tricks to use at home and I always come away feeling very pampered. Cannot recommend this salon, Bianca and her team, highly enough! So happy I found them!

I have been here on two occasions now. First time i had a blow wave and honestly it was the best blow wave I have ever had. The second time was earlier this year for a full head of foils I cannot believe how well it turned out. I had box dyed black hair, years worth in bands of different depths where i was touching up my naturally light roots. I was given advice on how to have my foils down and it was spot on. The placement of the different foils, especially around the front broke up the different colours and softened up the front. I was told I wouldn’t have to touch up my roots and i thought, no chance. Yet here i am two months later and i not only haven’t i touched my roots but you cannot tell. I wish i was better with names so i could actually give out a much deserved shout out to the ladies that worked on my hair.
