A very uncooperative and Untrained staff. Sales team pehle jhol bol k chez sale krte hain phr service team jan churwani ki koshish krti h. I have bought a POS for restaurant i asked to sales team name adnan that do we have real time inventory counting for raw materials? He said yes sir we have it we have all options. When i bought the pos technical team said no sir we dont have. Now as i return to adnan he keep sending me the same lame excuse that go to technical team. I have proofs. Extremely disappointed. One more thing i asked adnan that i dont have time to enter the menu or data in pos he said its ok sir service team will do everything we are here to serve you. Service team send me a form and said fill this lamba chora form and send this to us we'll import in our system. Bai wah. Agr maine khud hi krna hota to apko kehta? Agy se kehte hain sir hmara to yei system h. I dont know retail m ye sahi hain ya nai lekin restaurant se related they have zero knowledge. Inka retail wala pos h r osi ko zabardasti restaurant wala bna k bech rae hain r logon ka time r paisa barbad kr rae hain.
