I have to admit, I was a bit unsure of pulling into a location that was unheard of to me. I didn’t know what to expect, Nonetheless, Mike Garcia greeted me with such profession. I laid it all out on the table as to what my situation was. Mike looked at me and basically understood my need. He was frank with me when he said, “We want to do what we can to help you.” He walks away and comes back after 10 min and says, “We can help get you what you need.” I literally drove away the next day in my car. Mr. Garcia and Mr. Davila were amazingly professional, understanding and very respectful. They were very helpful and lenient to my situation which I greatly appreciated. When we came across a small hiccup with my car, Mr. Garcia and Mr. Davila took swift action to make sure I received the services needed with immediate attention to details with my car. Needless to say, I was back in my car in no time. Oso Grande should be on every bill board across the city. This is the kind of business everyone wants as they are passionate to the needs of those in need. They actually listened to me just when I thought all else had failed, I wasn’t just a customer to them, they took my matters into their hands and gave me resolution. I totally recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but to Oso’s when it comes to vehicles. They stand on business!!
