We go there for grooming of our dogs. All the groomers are all great. Our one dog is very sensitive and lots of drama lol but they are amazing with her. The prices are reasonable and great selection of domestic and farm animal goods.

Urine all over the feed bags, smells like cat pee, called and employee decided that arguing with me about what kind of urine it is instead of offering a solution. Not impressed. After 30 plus years doing business there, I guess COOP will be getting my money now. Just disgusted.

Where to start? In the words of my daughter: " Why only a 5 star rating? If I could, I'd give them a 10 star!" And I 100% agree with my kid. I'd love to give the ladies at Ospika Pet a 10 star rating. Their customer service, their friendliness, their everything was top notch! They stayed after their shift ended and the store was to close to assist us. Our fault we showed up 10mins before closing to adopt a kitten, but not even an issue with these ladies, they were so happy to assist us and get us set up with our new kitten. I am so happy that we walked into their store and met these incredible ladies. Thank you for your assistance and help. My daughter is over the moon with her new kitten and she was so happy to have met you ladies!!
