Oh my gosh, we had a wonderful recent trip to Portugal! Patsy Harris is the best - she is so responsive and helpful! We have gone to her for many trips, including China, Russia, Israel, Jordan, Morocco and many others. I have worked with many travel agents in the past and I will go to none other than Patsy and Oswego Travel/Foremost. On this most recent trip, as we were waiting at the airport in London to catch our flight home, it was cancelled. I emailed a SOS to Patsy (early in the morning in the states) and she immediately answered and was rebooking me within minutes! Just have to say that Patsy is a wonderful asset and I totally, totally recommend her to anyone that needs any sort of assistance in booking travel. Thank you Oswego Travel/Foremost and Patsy! We can't say enough about how pleased we were with Oswego Travel and Patsy Harris.
