If I could give Jay Nusbaum a zero star, I would definitely do. Worst experience with him. He ghosted our agent, ignored calls and messages, and completely disrespected the process. Because of his careless and unprofessional behavior, we lost a home we were perfectly suited for. Unacceptable conduct—this person should not be in the business if he can't even do the basics of communication. If you value clear communication and professionalism, look elsewhere. I didn’t expect Forest Hill Real Estate Inc. to have such unprofessional agents on their team.

Rebecca Himelfarb and her team are incredible. She made the entire process of selling my home and finding my dream home so easy and fun! Rebecca’s expertise was really valuable in preparing my home for staging, she offered thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy. Her staging team was very professional and organized; they were able to work with a lot of my own furniture, saving the hassle of removing heavy and bulky pieces and the photographs turned out beautifully. I really could not have asked for more from the entire experience and would highly recommend to anyone buying or selling in the GTA!

Extremely unprofessional experience. I am currently a tenant at one of the rental properties this company is listing, and the handling of the process has been unacceptable. We were not given proper notice for showings, and appointment times and dates were repeatedly changed or canceled without any communication. The property was ultimately leased, and we were not even informed— I only found out after calling to confirm upcoming appointments. This level of disregard shows a complete lack of respect for current tenants and their time. It’s clear that this company does not value the people currently living in the homes they manage.
