We stayed in a superior king-size room for 3 nights. Our room was on the top (4th) floor & overlooked the thermal pool area. The toiletries, pod coffee machine, mini-fridge & especially the towels & bathrobes were of high quality. Both our room & the public areas were spotlessly clean. Our rate included the buffet-style breakfast which was also of high quality. The only negative about this hotel is its commercial location but even considering this, we would stay at this hotel again. The superior room may cost a little bit more but it's worth every penny. Also, front desk staff were polite, friendly, efficient.

I chose this hotel because of the description in the amenities. Upon arrival, we found out that with our room we do not have access to the spa, and we cannot even reserve it because it does not come with the room! One staff member told us that we should have read the details of the room we reserved. Sorry, but once you put something in the general description of the hotel and don’t mention that it is only for specific rooms, it becomes a misleading representation—especially considering the price I paid. I could have chosen a cottage in nature with spa access rather than a room just beside the parking lot, like a motel, listening to the TV from the room next door. Very disappointed!

This is a great hotel in this area. It is well located and it is very welcoming.||It is a very nice building with all amenities which you expect from a hotel in this range. The rooms are large and very well equipped. Fabulous beds and pillows, nothing more to add. ||A plusplus is the spa and the fitness area. I really did not expect this.||The main criteria for selecting this hotel was a pool, but when my wife and myself arrived we were really suprised with the gym, the indoor pool and the outdoor spa. Great expirience!!!||The staff is wonderful in all areas, from the reception throughout the spa, the restaurants or the housekeeping: everywhere really great people and they are doing all an outstanding job.

A very well run hotel with first class amenities, food and service. The beds are very comfortable and the climate control works well. Very well appointed, clean and with great bedding. The spa area is fantastic so make sure you use it. The location is convenient but no views except if you get a spa courtyard view room. The included breakfast is first rate with lots of variety including made to order omlets. I would definately stay here again if I return on a visit. The staff are also very friendly and responsive. An excellent choice.
