I just want to take a moment to share this review with anyone wishing to hire a reliable and highly professional transportation service. We hired Imperial Transport to drive our guests from downtown Ottawa to our wedding venue in Wakefield, Quebec; as well as to drive the bride and bridal party to the Guesthouse where they got ready, to drive guests staying with the bride’s mother to the venue and to drive the bride and groom to their hotel at the end of the night. Delbert, the owner of Imperial Transport, went out of his way to drive the bride and bridal party, guests staying with the bride’s mother and the bride and groom at the end of the night himself. He was early in case there were unforeseen issues on the road, and above all he was so pleasant, professional (e.g. dressed in a suit, and holding the door for each passenger, making sure everyone was well taken care of - providing water) and easy to talk to. The bride was very nervous but the pleasant conversations and car ride trip to the Guesthouse really helped calm her nerves. In addition to a wonderful experience with Delbert, it is worth noting that the bus drivers were also excellent. They arrived early and always came to pick up and drop off guests on schedule. At one point, two guests also boarded the wrong shuttle bus (thinking the school buses were going to the Grand not downtown Ottawa) and one of the school bus drivers from Imperial Transport made sure they arrived at the right place after dropping people off. We know that this may be a business transaction, but it was so much more for us on and leading up to our wedding day. We cannot recommend Imperial Transport enough and are very grateful.

Used a big coach bus from Imperial Transportation Service to take my daughters hockey team to their game, and then to an Ottawa Senators game. The bus was on time for all events, and Penny, the driver, was awesome. Super safe on the roads. More than enough space for our hockey gear and the 49 passengers, comfortable and very clean.

Imperial is the only limo company in Ottawa that I have spoken to (and I have spoken to dozens), who demonstrates exceptional professionalism, communication skills and care for their clients. When you reach out to Delbert, you have no doubt that your experience is going to be of the highest quality- which is a much needed comfort when making such a big investment for such an important special event. We will definitely be reaching out again for the next occasion!

We used the 28 seater mini coach to transport guests to and from a wedding at le belvedere and were very happy with the service. The driver arrived early and was happy to wait until we were ready to depart, the mini coach was comfortable, and the air conditioning was really nice on a very hot day.
