Boyd Movers - Eric, Logan, and Conor - were responsible for loading our container for our cross-Canada move. They were on time, efficient, and wrapped all of our lovely furniture items with care. They were excellent conversationalists which also helped lessen what is otherwise a stressful life event. The container was packed tightly with every item accounted for in a detailed inventory. I cannot commend them enough for their diligence, efficiency and amazing disposition! At the end, they even deconstructed an IKEA shelf that would not go up our narrow basement staircase, and packed that away as they did our more valuable furniture items. They also took an hour less than anticipated. Highly recommend. A Golden Trio of Movers in Ottawa! Thank you so much!!

Had them move me back and fourth to Nunavut. Great job on their end, simple straight forward, professional staff of moving days. Also, want to comment that the customer service was good too. I had a minor issue to address after the fact, like a year later, and they still were helpful in addressing it showing they are interested in continued customer satisfaction.

My step father was moving his stuff into his long term storage and used this company for both the storage and the moving, and they took my hockey equipment without permission. When I tried getting it back there charging my step father just under 800$ for there mistake of taken my goalie equipment with direct orders not too. When we contacted them about the issue they accused me as a liar and that I just missed placed my equipment in my house, when they finally aloud me to look threw the crates the movers told me that yes they remember putting my equipment into the storage while knowing that they were not supposed to. This make me very frustrated since they made a mistake but still forcing us to pay for getting my equipment back after they took the equipment without permission of the owner.
