For many months I had tried different treatments for my low back pain and in the process spent hundreds of dollars. None of these treatments made much difference to the pain in my low back and leg. Walking and going upstairs was a challenge, not to mention the almost constant pain. In January 2018 a friend recommended that I go and see Dr. Paul Taillefer at Motion4Life and after 3 or 4 treatments I could feel an improvement, and now after 12 treatments I am well on the road to recovery. Dr. Paul has a very professional manner, and I feel very safe in his hands and confident in his abilities. My appointments consist of treatments using the Cox Technique and Active Release Therapy. I have never felt rushed during these appointments and Dr. Paul takes the time to listen and answer my questions. Sue, his Receptionist, is excellent.
