Good service for wheelchair accessible taxis however the drivers can be really rude especially the driver with the ID#56542. Just a completely unpleasant person who should comport himself better when on the job. I would give this business a higher rating if not for the bellicosity of that one driver. Blueline should have a stricter vetting process when hiring drivers to ensure that they actually treat their passengers kindly.

I used Blue Line taxi twice in September. The service over the phone was efficient and pleasant. The staff was eager to make sure all my needs were answered. I even had to call their ''Lost & Found'' twice. I was very impressed with their attention at solving my issue. I have used them for many years. In my opinion, they have up their game. Bravo!

I’ve used Blueline services for years and have always had good experiences, even referring clients at work to their company time and time again. Today, driving with Osman (car 24) was the best time I’ve ever had with any transit service in any city. He is so professional and accommodating. His customer service and ability to ‘read the room’ was top-notch. He went above and beyond, and in the future, I would be happy if any driver was half as great as him!
