I had an excellent experience at Ottawa Physiotherapy and Sports Clinic. I saw both Owen and Sarah, and they were fantastic—professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable. They quickly diagnosed the cause of my vertigo and gave me exercises that have already started helping. Their knowledge, care, and clear communication really stood out. Great service and great value—I’d highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

This physio location is very kind caring caitlin is amazing and my physio instructor Owen, it's very caring when I had Charlie horses in my leg and I couldn't come in, he called just to see how I was doing. I've never had someone do that. Especially physio company, I would recommend this place to anybody. They are truly amazing ❤️

The physiotherapists are great - knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Five-star for them. However, the big issue is the way they schedule appointments . Often the physios are rotating among 3 patients so it doesn’t feel like you have their full attention. They set clients up to do exercises while they’re working on other patients but you’re often left waiting for long-ish periods after you finish the exercises until the physio circles back to you. It would be better to have a dedicated 20-30 min appointment rather than an hour interspersed with periods of waiting.

I have only been going here for a few weeks, but I've had an experience that can only be described as exemplary. When I made my initial appointment the receptionist was not only extremely polite, but patient and helpful with getting me set up to be seen as soon as possible. My great experience continued with the friendly and welcoming front desk which lasted into the appointment. Even the other physiotherapists all make a point to say hi and continue a welcoming environment. Since my first appointment I've been healing and feeling stronger everyday. I have been seeing Owen at this clinic and not only is he super approachable, but I've felt no judgment from him at all. He's been great at monitoring pain and considerate to my concerns surrounding certain motions within my legs. I went in for my foot and he made sure to do a thorough examination. From this assesment he was able to identify other underlying issues and give me exercises as well as treatment to help. This outstanding care has contributed to my overall physical improvement. I highly reccomend this clinic (escpially Owen) if you want to have a caring, kind and thorough assessment/ treatment. I really appreciate all the help I've received and plan to continue going to this clinic for all my future physiotherapy needs onwards.
