I called the clinic today regarding my file and spoke with a very kind lady around 11:31 Am She listened carefully to my concern and resolved it right away, which truly made me feel relieved and happy. I even told her, “I hope your plate is always full and that you’re always happy,” because that’s how much I appreciated her help. For anyone considering this clinic, they handle billing directly with insurance—no waiting weeks for processing, which is such a stress reliever. Being out of work since March has been difficult, and her kindness really eased some of that stress. Thank you again for your hard work and compassion. I sincerely wish the best for this company and its staff.

Cherina is great. She is an excellent acupuncturist with a lot of knowledge and experience. She offers additional modalities to supplement and enhance the acupuncture treatment and offers exercises to help with specific issues.
