A fantastic experience from start to finish! Elanda really listened to what I wanted to achieve with my lips, and the results are absolutely perfect - natural looking volume with a beautiful shape. She was incredibly gentle and explained everything clearly, making me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. Every my experience I had with M&K (whether it was aesthetic treatments or lashes and brows) was so brilliant that the results exceeded all my expectations. The experience I had was nothing short of fabulous; the welcome from Marie and Elanda was perfect, they were great, beautiful, and super prepared to give you the best advice on how to resolve or mitigate the small aesthetic issues you want to improve! I went to M& K Aesthetics yesterday for a hydrofoil and Ellie was amazing, she was informative and gave me tips on how to better my skin as I had some concerns. I had 0.7ml of lip filler at this clinic back in August, and I’ve waited a few months to leave this review to see how things settled. Unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly disappointing. A week after the treatment, I noticed a lump on my bottom lip. I contacted the clinic, and they assured me it was just swelling that would go down. I waited two weeks, but the lump remained. When I reached out again, I was invited for a follow-up. However, during this process, I felt gaslit. Despite having had lip fillers multiple times before and knowing what to expect, I was told this was “normal” even though it clearly wasn’t, especially 2-3 weeks after the procedure. At the follow-up, the practitioner claimed she couldn’t see or feel a lump and suggested that it was just an uneven distribution of filler. She decided to add more filler to the right side to “even it out.” At the time, I reluctantly went along with her advice, even though I felt deep down that the issue wasn’t being addressed. Now, three months later, it’s become painfully obvious that this is a lump. The surrounding filler has dissolved, making it even more apparent. Friends, family, and other aesthetic practitioners I’ve consulted all agree that it’s a lump that now needs to be dissolved. I feel so let down, especially considering I paid £260 for what turned out to be lumpy and uneven results. To ensure there’s no room for further gaslighting or doubt, I’ve attached photos of the lump. I’m confident anyone looking at them can clearly see this is a lump, not swelling or an uneven filler result. It’s incredibly frustrating that someone who claims to be experienced with lip fillers couldn’t identify or address this issue properly. If you have naturally asymmetrical lips or require more complex corrections, I’d advise against this clinic. There are far better practitioners in London who are more skilled, experienced, and charge less. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
