Out of the Ordinary Construction honors its name! John completely rebuilt our deck and patio with dedication and attention to detail! It took three and a half days to get a deck and patio that could be part of an HGTV show! The deck is sturdy and the composite material used makes it modern. The framing is very solid. The patio looks wonderful and it was finished with sod around. Thank John andJosh! Definitely will call for future projects!

Excellent experience working with John and his team. He turned a shoddy old utility half-bath into this gorgeous bathroom. He and his crew were timely, communicative, and respectful of our property.
