Out of the Ordinary Construction honors its name! John completely rebuilt our deck and patio with dedication and attention to detail! It took three and a half days to get a deck and patio that could be part of an HGTV show! The deck is sturdy and the composite material used makes it modern. The framing is very solid. The patio looks wonderful and it was finished with sod around. Thank John andJosh! Definitely will call for future projects!

Out of the Ordinary Construction went above and beyond for our project. We requested a walkway from our tiny home to a four-seasons porch (which they also built). They envisioned a beautiful deck leading to the porch and they managed to build it within our budget. The father-son duo (& team) finished our project within a week. We were blown away by their vision, efficiency and execution. When they wrapped up the build they cleaned everything they brought with them. I definitely recommend this construction team 👍
