Jacob is a phenomenal broker. I’ve never shipped a vehicle before and used him because of these reviews. It was a super easy and straight forward process that went exactly as planned. I called on a Thursday requesting a pickup for Saturday-Tuesday. He was honest about I being Monday or Tuesday from the start and called me right away when the first driver bailed on Monday. He had a new driver for the same agreed upon price ready for Tuesday. Truck was picked up and delivered on time the next day over 800 miles away! Jacob provides a link to track your shipment and see the pictures the driver uploads. It was honestly a painless and fantastic experience and if I ever have to ship another vehicle he will be my first call 100%.

These guys are the best!! I will never use anyone else ever. Jacob is honest and is extremely attentive. My car arrived without a scratch. What more can you ask for.
