Person doing the taxes was quick and efficient. Unfortunately, the staff needs manager to verify returns, and the manager was also seeing clients during our visit so be prepared to wait for a very long time or make two trips to the location for even fairly simple returns. Very inconvenient, would recommend going elsewhere.
