It is a very pretty outdoor mall to shop at. Plenty of sitting areas. Vending and restrooms on site. Child play areas. Some areas of good variety, as far as clothing goes, good selection. And handbags, too. Not a ton of other options, as it isn't a huge place. There are kitchen stores, jewelry, bath & body. Just one or 2 of those though. I appreciate some areas being completely covered with Iowa's unpredictable weather. Small food court, only 2 options for food. Ginormous parking lots. Close to other fun things in Des Moines for both kids and adults. Lodging and restaurants nearby.

Very good outlet mall in a good location. Went there on Memorial Day weekend and it was very busy but still had parking. One store was closed but everything else was open. Tons of clothes etc and a small food court. Better than other outlet malls in eastern Iowa.

Plenty of quality brand shopping in one location. Fun to walk around outside from one store to the next.

I recently visited the Outlets of Des Moines in Altoona, Iowa, and was impressed by the substantial discounts at both the Nike Factory Store and the PUMA outlet. The Nike Factory Store offered a wide range of footwear and apparel at significant markdowns, with a well-organized layout and helpful staff. Similarly, the PUMA outlet featured diverse products, from running shoes to casual wear, all at attractive prices. The store was easy to navigate, and the courteous staff enhanced the shopping experience. Overall, the Outlets of Des Moines provide a pleasant environment with quality brands offering excellent deals, making it a worthwhile destination for shoppers seeking significant savings.
