DO NOT WORK HERE!!! Absolute mess here, the driver managers are horrible at planning, especially Jessica, they promise pay for extra miles, 34 hour resets or layovers but she try’s her absolute hardest to deny you. Good luck getting properly planned for the week, they will mess that up for you. Trucks are joke with constant break downs which they don’t even pay you if you down on the road! They promote no forced dispatch but what they fail to tell you is that if you reject a load they automatically charge you 100 dollars. You will not get a new truck unless you tell them to never send you home, but even so they give it to the favorite drivers which ironically are always home, since I started working here, you will see the new trucks parked on the yard for weeks on end without moving. Run away from here. Try gamer logistics or sky transportation or Munoz trucking. They are way better El Paso based companies this joke of one
Most rude discourteous drivers I've seen in 40yrs. Cut other trucks off to try to get to dock 1st. Rude belligerent drivers
Absolutely terrible company to work for I would never recommend working here for anyone. Their dispatch is completely unorganized. The pay is absolutely terrible. They try and keep you out for as long as possible and then don’t pay you properly when they keep you away from home and have you stay in a different place for your reset. The trucks break down every day. Just terrible. 0 stars.
Embarrassment of a company trash equipment don’t treat drivers with any respect I seen starter companies like swift and CR England run stuff better they talk about it being 55cpm with bonuses but you’ll never hit bonuses consistently too make a living as they go by 2500+ miles to see any bonuses and you’ll be lucky to even hit 1800-2300 miles a week if your truck doesn’t break down
