Dr. Swicord is the best dentist I've ever used. Very kind and caring. My root canal was not as bad as having a filling. I was terrified when he said I needed a root canal, but when it was over and done I was like, "wow!, is that it?" He is fast and very efficient. Does excellent work. He is my forever dentist. Staff is very pleasant and kind.

My son went in Saturday with a mouth injury and told the dentist a tooth came out. They took an xray and a piece of tooth could be clearly seen in the xray. The dentist said it wasn’t there and sent him home with antibiotics and said it would heal on its own. Severe pain two days went to another dentist and was referred for surgery to extract the piece of tooth and a plate for two broken spots on his mandible. The only concern this dentist had was blaming it on a new dentist and asking my son to take down the bad Google review. So I will make sure to send this to the dental board because the lack of care for my son and his pain didn’t matter to the owner of the practice.

I had a painful dental emergency and did not know how I was going to get through the weekend. BFDS has non-traditional business hours and an amazing staff that work tirelessly to provide quality care in a professional environment. They have a lot of patients, but give each and every one the attention necessary to help resolve the issue and get you out in a timely manner. Dr. Swicord understood my level of anxiety and knew exactly what to say to calm me and talk me through the procedure. I even gave him a hug as I was leaving the office. I’m am grateful and would definitely return. I am going to tell everyone I know about BFDS. God bless all of you!
