We were experiencing a torrential downpour of rain and I could hear dripping inside my house. I called several roofing companies on Saturday and Chris was the only one that actually answered the phone and he was on a roof ! He said he could swing by in a few hours and he did! He provided me with drone photos of my roof showing me missing tiles and he investigated the roof by accessing the attic. He provided me with 2 quotes within the hour. One was for a full roof replacement, the other for patching the leak. I reached out to Chris on Sunday with some questions. Chris answered me immediately. I decided to go with the full roof replacement and Chris even helped with tile suggestions. On Monday Chris reached out to advise he could have a team at my house on Thursday morning and by 1 pm the job was complete including clean-up. I could be happier !
