My garage door stopped working and I could not access my cars. They were able to send a technician Shawn Teeter to my home the same day. He quickly determined that a spring needed replacing and was able to replace the spring repairing the door in a timely manner. He was outstanding- professional and skilled with excellent communication skills. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if needed

We called Overhead Doors to help with our garage door repair. The process to set the appointment was easy and the person helping us was friendly and eager to help. After scheduling the appointment, I got both an email confirmation and a text confirmation with the date and time window. On the day of the appointment, while we were given a 4 hour time window, we received a text from the technician 15 minutes before arriving. Our technician Dave was awesome. After assessing the problem he gave us options and then went right to work. I would recommend Overhead and especially Dave to anyone who needs service on their garage door!
