David Kent Layton3 stars due to false advertisement on their website and a new door opener being presented as the only option. Website says "free consultation" but does not have any fine print to specify that's only for new garage doors. This is a bit of a "bait and switch". I am pleased they let me know the cost on the phone before coming out. The technician told me my belt was missing teeth and they no longer made it. He presented me with options for a new door opener starting at $1100. I was able to get the correct belt replacement from the manufacturer for $50. I will give him credit though. The belt had definitely had it.
