Very positive customer experience from Brian at Overhead Door Parts helping me when my Lift Master residential gate stopped working. I highly recommend this company and Brian to everyone. Brian is extremely knowledgeable and respectful, and at first was so generous with his time over the phone with me. At the point when I thought I needed to replace the mother control board, he quickly fit me in to help replace it. Once he was onsite, he helped troubleshoot that the part I needed was different than what I was told by LiftMaster customer support (ie the failure was not due to the control board failing) which was super honest because it helped my costs for part I needed to buy for the repair to be much lower! He solved the issue quickly once he tried a couple of tests, and treated me very reasonably in terms of my overall cost helping me not spend money on a part I didn’t need. I am very impressed with Doug’s knowledge about the Lift Master technology and parts, as well as his integrity and customer care.
