Nice guys but terrible work. Got an ultimate interior ‘detailing’ for $170. While the car was pretty dirty, that is why you get it cleaned. Attention to detail was zero. The carpets were shampooed but then the mats were replaced while everything was wet. Next morning car smelled like a swamp. Lots of very visible areas were not cleaned. Definitely do not recommend this place.

We used to love coming here, we had monthly memberships for the longest time. The experience we had today was not the best. AC in the building was broken, heard from another customer it’s been broke for 3 weeks which I understand happens however, why not think of the customers and purchase one of two fans to blow throughout the building. The cleaning service we received on our vehicle was anything less than acceptable. We purchased the “managers special”. After waiting over an hour, we return to our vehicle with high expectations only to be extremely and can’t stress this enough disappointed. It was brought to their attention in which they then wiped it down for maybe 10 minutes and let us know it was completed with the same issues we pointed out still a problem. The inside is extremely worse. They were extremely busy and it was 90 degrees but truthfully, still not an excuse. We were offered half credit next time we come. Sadly, we will not be back. Not happy at all with the service! I paid $25 for a "Premium" exterior wash and all I got was a wipe down with a wet rag! I waited inside my car while two guys yucked it up before starting the machine. Asked the guy to spray bug spots still on my windshield and he simply wiped with his wet rag, making smears. The tires weren't touched. Never going back to that location!

I gave it a 2 because the cashier was awesome and the attendants BUT the overall carwash was awful for $41and 10 in tips. Someone else normally cares for my car washes but I attempted to do so. After being advised they are KNOWN for not doing a good job, I decided to take a chance. They were right, who doesnt wipe the cup holders and how is it that insects and bird poop wasn't removed. THIS was what I came in for. So I guess from here, I can't say anything different and for the time you wait. It's unexceptable especially since they don't even throughly dry your mats. After the wait I just took from granted the work was spectacular. Nope!!
