I would like to say that I am pleasantly pleased with our experience at the Owensboro Health Urgent Care. We are always greeted and given immediately attention at the front desk and even when called to a room. The wait time is phenomenally very short. Everyone is knowledgeable in their area and that gives a great deal of comfort, especially when using urgent care. I also noticed that your urgent care team is consistent in how they perform their tasks and how they treat everyone, and I really appreciate seeing the same team of professionals when we visit. That says a whole lot of good about your facility. Thank you for all of these and more.
