We reached out to Oxana at the time of our mortgage renewal. She offered us a good rate/all transfer costs covered, it was an amazing offer but, more importantly, she provided some great insight on the types of mortgages offered in the industry, and explained all the intricate details of collateral vs non-collateral, the fees associated with each, which party usually pays for them and how to avoid them altogether. In the end we realized that in our case staying with our existing bank was the best option, and Oxana totally supported us with that decision.
