தயவுசெய்து இந்த நிறுவனத்தில் யாரும் இருசக்கர வாகனம் வாங்க வேண்டாம்.... என்னுடைய வண்டி சார்ஜரை நான் சர்வீஸ் விடும்போது அவர்களிடம் கொடுத்து வந்தேன்... இரண்டு தினங்களுக்கு பிறகு நேரடியாக செல்லும்போது நீங்கள் சார்ஜர் கொடுக்கவே இல்லை என்று அப்பட்டமாக பொய் கூறினார்கள்... பிறகு வாக்குவாதம் ஆகி நான் காவல் நிலையத்திற்கு சென்று புகார் கொடுத்தேன்... பின்னர் அவர்கள் அழைத்து புகார் வேண்டாம் நான் தேடி பார்த்து சொல்கிறேன் என்று முன்னுக்கு பின் முரணாக பதில் கூறினார்கள்.... நேரில் சென்றால் மட்டுமே அவர்களை நாம் பார்க்க முடியும்.... போனில் அழைத்தாலோ..! மெசேஜ் செய்தாலோ....! எந்த ஒரு பதில் செய்தியும் வராது..... தயவுசெய்து யாரும் இந்த நிறுவனத்தில் வாகனங்களை வாங்கி ஏமாற வேண்டாம்..... நீங்கள் ஒரு முறை வாங்கி விட்டால் பிறகு அவ்வளவுதான் சர்வீஸ்க்கு பாடாய் பட வேண்டும்....

hi everyone please don’t buy from ozotec any e bike . their service very very worst. parts price also very high. i buy a flio e bike 3 yet ago now all plastic parts are damaged plastic quality very very poor 1 laks 5000 rs but not worth now charging issue charger only 7000 . i request change indicator buzzer only 285 rs . i bought other bike spare parts shop only 30 rs . so please don’t waste your money their service also very vert worst. i feel totally cheated. many time i call directly to main office they not responding . if really anyone wants waste your money. you can choose this brand.

This is by far the worst service experience I’ve ever had! Absolutely unprofessional and careless attitude from your team. No one responds on time, no updates are given, and the bike service is pathetic. I’ve wasted my money and time trusting this brand. If this is how you treat your customers, you don’t deserve to be in the EV business. Fix this immediately or expect this to go public — people should know how bad your service really is! I’ll make sure everyone knows exactly how useless your service and management are. Enough is enough! You guys dont deserve to be in such kind of business.

Very very worst product don't purchase. No proper machanic, no one extra fittings option and lot of problems in eve days in with in a week. I have faced lot problems faced that ozotec flio neo rs. 77000 ev purchased after. Totally wast very very worst and no proper solution and totally waste of my 77000
