The workspace is roomy and kept in great condition. There are ample desks and chairs, and the shared areas are consistently neat and organized. The team is approachable and supportive, always ready to assist and make you feel at home. The only suggestion would be to add a signboard at the entrance—it’s a bit hard to spot from the road without asking someone.

READ THE ONLY REAL REVIEW HERE - If you want to work in their oldest work space with antiquated interiors, horrible food and just one coffee machine for 500 entrepreneurs (I kid you not!) come to Awfis Shresta Marvel! Awfis is pretty much a sham facility - the facility management changes every 3 months, you never know who your spoc is! Want to work an extra hour today? The management will add extra charges to your monthly payments under the guise of "Standard Tariff Available With Community In-Charge" - this standard tariff is a charge that is not even mentioned in your contract (Around 750+GST/Per hour)! Want to work an extra day? Remember it's a minimum 750+GST/Per hour, which in a 9 hour shift can mean rupees 9000, and ofcourse all this with no basic amenities for the day - dirty toilets, no coffee at all! If you feel I'm lying just walk in an ask them about their extra hour and holiday work policies! The current manager - she is unfriendly and rigid, very fake and on a mission to increase their monthly collections! Expect unfriendly collection calls from her, if you get delayed with your payment even by a day, unlike the managers before her.

Awfis has potential but falls short in several areas. The management is poorly organized, and the hygiene standards leave much to be desired. The facility team is often unresponsive, making it difficult to resolve issues. Food options are limited, and the quality is below average. Overall, the experience is mediocre and could significantly improve with better attention to detail and customer service.
