As an entrepreneur, I'm impressed by Pacific Blue's service quality, and I'm not easily impressed. I emailed them about a leaking toilet and by the next day, they called me with a quote and we scheduled an appointment for the same day. Jordan came to fix the issue with a friendly and cheerful attitude, which is uncommon here in Vancouver. He quickly fixed the issue, and even helped correct a minor problem with my other toilet that wasn't in his scope of work. Their office emailed me a bill the following day, which was below the estimate they provided. Their integration of Apple Pay meant I just had to click a button and payment was complete -- no wasted time finding my credit card and typing the details. I'll be recommending Pacific Blue to everyone I know.

These guys are amazing!! I called another plumber initially who told me that my faucet had to be replaced due to a drainer that was stuck. That didn’t seem right so I called Pacific Blue Mechanical & Plumbing for a second opinion. Jordan came in today and fixed the issue within 20mins and even offered take tare of another issue I was having since I paid for the hour. It’s refreshing to see someone who knows how to be great at their job!
