In a world of contractors who often times overpromise and underdeliver, Josh and the team at Pacific Craft Construction are a happy outlier. We were working with a different company in a restoration/remodel project when they encountered dry rot that had entered from near our fireplace and was taking a toll on our subflooring and joists. It was discovered late in a project that was already taking twice as long what was originally quoted to us. At that point, they told us this was beyond their scope/expertise and we needed to bring someone else in to fix the issue before they could continue working on our place. My wife and I were filled with dread on how much this was going to prolong the already painful process. We called a few companies and were fortunate enough to find Josh. He was quick to return our call and was able to come onsite quickly and pull together an detailed estimate and project plan. It was reasonably priced and he was able to get us fit fairly quickly in their schedule between projects. Each day he was on site, we got pictures of the team's work, and updates to the budget - and for the first time in our lives they were reductions in scope/price! Josh and his team were a dream to work with. They delivered the project on time and below their quoted price. It was a complete and total breath of fresh air compared to our other experiences. I would happily work with Pacific Craft again, and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing their services.

We worked with Josh and his team to complete our dream backyard patio and framing project. After working with a different contractor that was very unprofessional, we switched and found Pacific Craft Construction. Josh was responsive, reasonably priced, came out to the job site throughout the project to make sure everything was running smoothly, allowed us to ask all the dumb questions without making us feel like they were dumb.
