The owner actually came to my door one day concerned about the age of my roof (had planned to look into it next year), he had been in the neighbourhood checking out another roof they had done and saw how old ours looked. It was 30 years old. I got a quote, it was very reasonable! Work started within 2 weeks! The finished product looks great!
