Was excited to on board with this company, but after being strung along for 3 months after what was said to be a "2-3 week turn around" the account executive stops emailing me all together. Endless "give me one more week" excuses. Not recommended for new businesses. Wasted time with these people and missed another launch date. Not recommended.
Ordered a private label product from this company. Extremely disappointed!!! They sent a sample that I approved. After I receive a whole order I discovered that the product has very unpleasant aftertaste, like spoiled. After more than a month back and forth with their office, they finally refused reproduce my order even though they confirmed the different taste between confirmed sample and production. Totally not recommended to deal with!!!
