Perfect and professional throughout. Courteous, accommodating, and customer focused staff at Lincoln (John, Aneel and someone else). I would like to shout out a very big thank you to everyone involved in this job request. From carefully colecting the grandfather clock to delivery to its new home in Italy. Accessories and inside workings were packaged and bubble-wrapped in a separate box. The clock was crated and packing covered the whole clock and extra packaging around the clock face and glass. Delivery was so quick. Customs contacted the new recipient and as all documentation was in order prior to leaving the country everything went smoothly. I would certainly use your company again if I ever have the need to send items of value, or have items packaged. You certainly know what is required to do a perfect job. 5 star service, you should all be proud to know you have made alot of people happy.

Excellent customer service and superb preparation and packing of goods purchased at a recent BBC Auction. Items were of high value (£80k+ and quite fragile due to age). Everything was packed individually and then crated for safe shipment to the US. John kept me apprised every step of the way and was kind and courteous. A true pleasure to deal with.
